Begin your Pennington Montessori School career as a substitute teacher. Learn the Montessori pedagogy, receive guidance and training from our valued staff, turn your part time work into career longevity. Substitute assignments are on an as needed basis. Interview with our director, complete training program (3 full days in our 3 programs, Infant/Explorer, Toddler, Pre-Primary), clean bacgkround and fingerprinting required.

Substitute Positions available:

Half Day Substitue Schedule

8:00 AM – 1:00 PM
OR
12:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Half Day pay rate: $130

Full Day Substitute Schedule

8:30-4:30
Full Day pay rate: $225
